Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Summerfest 2011 offers more than 20 concerts throughout South Florida, Panama and Ecuador featuring the internationally acclaimed Remenyi Ede Chamber Orchestra from Miskolc, Hungary. They will be joined by members of the Symphony of the Americas in a cultural exchange under the baton of Maestro James Brooks-Bruzzese. Works by Mozart, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Vitali, and Massenet as well as tangos and Hungarian tunes will be featured with solo performances by our own Hungarian-born Symphony of the Americas violin virtuoso, Laszlo Pap.
